WORKSHOPS

Deep Creativity: How to Find Your True Voice, Get Unstuck, and Access the Brilliance Already Inside of You

If you have ever thought of writing anything, this workshop is for you.
My name is Allison and I meet people all the time who have thought of writing something but talk themselves out of it because they aren’t sure they’re a “real” writer or they’re worried no one will ever read it (or they’re worried somebody will read it) or because they wonder if the whole thing might be a waste of time.
What they don’t realize is these are the same fears shared by even the most accomplished writers. Writers you know. Writer who have written pieces you hold dear to your heart—the ones you know and love and read again and again.
What if a piece of writing like that is buried inside of you, but you never wrote it because you worried you weren’t a “real” writer?
What does it mean to be a “real” writer anyway?
If you have an idea for a poem, a story, a book, a play, a screenplay, or even a love letter that you’d like to write but you’re not sure where to start, let me help.

Discover Who You Are Through the Wisdom of the Enneagram

As artists and storytellers we create from deep places and our work is a reflection of who we are. But if we don’t know who we are, what does that say about our work?
The Enneagram is an ancient body of wisdom that identifies nine core personality types and describes how each sees and interacts with the world. By challenging us to bravely explore who we really are, the Enneagram helps us recognize and overcome self- defeating patterns of behavior and to become our most authentic selves.
Imagine finally getting clarity about who you really are, insight into how others see and experience you, acquiring tools to make wiser decisions, and strengthen your relationships at home and in the workplace.
Research has shown that the key predictor of success among leaders in the workplace is self-awareness. That’s why companies like The Discovery Channel, Ramsey Solutions, Motorola and others are turning to the Enneagram to help their leaders grow in their understanding of themselves and others.

So, You Want To Give A Talk?

Changemakers, storytellers, leaders and creators: perhaps “the stage” is calling you, or perhaps you’ve avoided this oft-dreaded craft, though you know it’s a powerful and impactful art form. Either way, if we want to have an impact we'll find ourselves up front - and we’ll want it to matter, resonate, connect and transform. Of course! But, speaking can wreak havoc on even the most experienced among us. It’s an “out of body experience" - elicits 7th-grade like self-doubt - and makes us suddenly wonder what on earth our hands are for.
And yet - our messages, missions and milestones ask us to step into that space and meet the moment. But how? Are there “secrets” to this art form? How do the experts make it look so easy? In this workshop, we’ll dig into how and why audiences are moved, illuminate key speaking truths that will help unlock your own ability to speak with connection, clarity, authenticity and courage - and watch as a few brave speakers get coached by Sally and up-level their talks right in front of our eyes.
